Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT
Orders can be placed on line or by post. Full payment is required when placing an order.

Secure payment: Items purchased by credit or debit card are done via Protx

PRICING
Spoilt Rotten Jewellery reserves the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or in the case of manufacturers increasing cost of materials.

DELIVERY
Orders are usually dispatched within 7 - 28 days of receiving payment, subject to availability. If your order is urgent, just let us know by calling us on 01353 749853 or E-mail julietbrowse@aol.com we'll do our best to meet your needs. Items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (requires a signature on delivery). We do not take responsibility for late or non delivery due to factors outside our control.

POSTAGE & PACKING
For mainland Great Britain - England, Scotland and Wales - £2.50
For all other EU destinations £5.00

RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Spoilt Rotten Jewellery. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 7 days of purchase and we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund, less deductions for P&P. Reports of damaged, broken or incomplete orders must be made verbally within three days; no responsibility can be accepted after this period. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. The goods must be returned in the original condition, with proof of purchase. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel a contract within seven days - starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a 'cooling off' period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty unless the item (s) are made to order according to a client's own specification. Made to order status will be represented on the product page. Therefore we will not be able to refund any item that has been specially ordered outside our current range e.g. bespoke bridal tiaras made to order in your choice of swarovski crystal. This does not affect your statutory rights.
